There was such a thing as too much arrogance at once. Sure, Takhasis was all for being a jerk, but when the entire room was filled with them you could only take so much. So he decided to go outside. He preferred the outdoors anyways. He was in a pair of black and dark green robes that hung loosely on his large frame. His thick black hair fell in a tangled mess around his face; black roots with red tips. The thick hair covered his ink black eyes, hiding the jagged scar than ran across his eye. He shuffled over to the Quiddich Pitch, more out of boredom than anything else. He would never play Quiddich, it was too much work for him. He was more than willing to admit that he was a lazy fart not allowed to break a sweat. At once, he caught sight of Xyin surrounded by three girls. He decided to walk over and save his friend, not making a single sound as he did so. Takhasis didn't even have to motion for Xyin to not mention his arrival; Xyin knew him better than that. So, he just appeared as if out of no where behind the three girls. "Enough estrogen?" he remarked rather coldly, standing taller than them; reaching a rough 6'6" if you rounded it off. His build was large with broad shoulders and clear muscles. His inky eyes moved from girl to girl to girl to Xyin, giving his dear friend a look that said 'Why on earth are you associating with these things?'. Only Xyin could see it, his view of Takahasis' eyes being better than any of the girls; his hair was in their way.

{ Eye Color: Shado’s eyes are probably his most defining features. They are an inky black color, looking like a dark brown in sunlight. They almost always have a glare to them, looking cold and very unwelcoming. His lashes are thin but long for a male. His eyes are a bit too thin for his face and are a diamond shape. His right eye has a very long, jagged scar across it, giving his eye an almost glossy look at times.

{ Hair Color: Takhasis’ hair is very thick and rather coarse so the touch. It is messy and falls to his shoulders. The cut is angled so it is longer in the front than in the back; at the back it reaches the base of his neck. The color is a very dark shade of black, tints of various shades of brown decorating it. It is always falling in his face, giving him a habit of brushing it aside. On formal events he will tie it back very neatly.

{ Height & Weight: Shado is very tall, reaching a good 6’7”. His general look is very intimidating. He has very broad shoulders and obvious muscle; it looks like he works out a lot. His hips have a light curve to them and his legs are long. He weights quite a bit, some where between 160 and 180 lbs. Over all, Takhasis is largely built with a lot of muscle.

{ Skin Tone: His skin tone is a milky color, pale in general. He doesn’t get burnt easily, but he is known to have a light tan in the summer.

{ Piercings: He doesn’t have any piercings, nor does he want any.

{ Tattoos: He has one tattoo on his right wrist. It’s smaller, a dark circle with two lines going through perpendicularly through it.

{ Abnormalities: The thing most people remember about Shado is the scar across his right eye. It is very long and very jagged, giving his all ready intimidating look an even bigger boost. It starts about a centimeter and a half above the two thirds mark of his brow, coming through the brow in the middle. It then runs down the skin under his brow and through the middle of his eye lid. It comes out at the corner of his eye, running up the bridge of his nose. It ends abruptly in the middle of his nose. It almost looks like a raindrop running down a window on a windy day.

Takhasis has a similar scar on his left hip, from the same thing that gave him the one on his eye. It is larger and is more abstract in shape. It looks more like poured water. It is roughly the size of the bottom of a can of pop.

{ Clothing Style: Takhasis has a very casual clothing style. He wears dark, baggy jeans and a plain tee shirt. His shirts are usually dark in color. He takes little care for his appearance, which shows. But it isn’t like he looks grubby, more so, he looks unkempt. He is also known to wear a button up shirt with long sleeves, leaving the color open. He always has a pear of black Converse on, old and covered in duct tape. When he dresses up, he can look very nice.

{ Brief Description:
Takhasis is very largely built, carrying a lot of muscle. He has a large frame; broad shoulders and reaching 6’7”. He is very intimidating and mean looking and would probably make a good body guard. If you’re in trouble or getting bullied, Takhasis is the one you’d want to stand around. He looks difficult to approach, but at the same time seems like he really needs it.

Takhasis had very dark and messy hair. It is almost always tangled, falling to his shoulders at the front, angling to the base of his neck at the back. It looks very good when he actually takes the time to do something with it. It falls in his face all the time, hiding the jagged scar across his right eye.

Shado almost always seems like he is glaring, his eyes holding very little emotion. He is always scowling, being one of those people whose face would crack if he smiles. His brows are thick and angled, the right one having a small gap where the scar runs through it. His face is oval shaped with a slightly square shaped chin. His eyes are a bit too tin for his face and are very dark in color. His skin is fair, tanning lightly in the summer, and is well kept. His nose is, like his eyes, too thin for his face but is also too long. It curls downward slightly.

He has a very casual clothing style. Preferring a pear of dark, baggy jeans and a tee shirt. He rarely dresses up but when he does he is quite the looker. There is no question that Takhasis is good looking; he just doesn’t present himself as well as he should. Shado is very handsome.

{ Brief Description:
Takhasis seems like a very dark and uncaring person when you first meet him. He rarely speaks but when he does it’s either very important or an insulting but playfully sarcastic remark. He seems rather unsocial and usually won’t do something unless is benefits him. He can be rude at times but rarely ever means it to be rude. He seems frightening and mean and likes to keep it that way. He hides his true feelings by seeming to be mean and scary and uncaring.

In reality Shado is a very kind and caring person. He chooses to hide that fact though. He cares deeply for plants and animals and hates to see people harm nature in any way. He has his moments when he is unusually kind, but they’re very rare. He will not offer to help someone, but if they ask it of him he usually tries his best to. He gives good advice, looking at a situation from all angles.

Shado also seems to be very lazy, always getting others to do things for him. He prefers to call himself ‘unmotivated’ and saves his energy for when he really needs it. He loves to dance and do martial arts, especially at night time. He has a strong passion for gardening and loves to take walks around a lake or river or in a forest.

In actuality, Takhasis loves to converse with people, despite his antisocial exterior. He finds it hard to make friends with people, not trusting others easily. He usually lets people come to him and start conversations. He doesn’t like people much, but finds them interesting. It takes time for him to find a person he really likes to talk with, preferring intellectual conversation.

Takhasis is very good under pressure. Because he is very calm and collected he rarely ever cracks under the pressure. He isn’t easily stressed and when he is he doesn’t show it. He is very good at hiding himself. He doesn’t get scared easily and if he is it takes a lot for him to show it. He doesn’t easily open up to others, hating when people ask personal questions and pry into his life. He likes to take his time with things, including opening up about himself. Takhasis is a good friend to have, despite his uncaring nature, but a horrible enemy. He is quick witted and has a sharp tongue. His strength, due to a lot of exorcize, working out, and martial arts training, is immense and he’s not afraid to use it on someone.

One thing people usually notice about Shado is his deep respect for women. Mistreating any lady will immediately get you into Takhasis’ bad book. Hurting a girl is out of the question unless they surely deserve it (which is rare in his books). His dislike for mistreatment of women goes as far as how the girl treats herself. Wearing skimpy clothing and showing herself off is something Takhasis does not like. He is always sure to tell the girl how disgusting it is. Sure, he will insult them, but only if they deserve it.

{ Detailed History:
Takhasis had one of those soap opera / made for TV movie kind of pasts. He doesn’t talk about not; not to his best friend nor his twin brother. His lift started out rather well, but went down hill with time.

Takhasis was born to Devi Makalo and Owen Poto-Elno, along with his fraternal twin, Tir. Devi, much to her dismay, was very much in love with Owen and a man by the name of Kraven Jaydor. Kraven had had a son with a previous woman. Devi and Kraven argued a lot, and during one of their arguments she had sex with Owen, and went back to Kraven a few weeks later.

Takhasis and, Tir, were born three minutes apart but on different days. Tir was born 11:58 pm on April 20th, Shado at 12:01 am April 21st. Devi knew Owen to be the father, but had said it was Kraven. Kraven Jaydor was the name on both birth certificates. Owen stayed by during most of the twins’ childhood, being simply ‘Mom’s best friend’.

When Takhasis and Tir were two, Kraven found out about Owen and left Devi, taking the boys with him. Soon after, Devi got together with Jim Makalo. She got pregnant with twin girls a year later. Devi died soon after giving birth to the girls, star and Dream.

As the boys grew, Shado was cheery and excited, while Tir was usually cold and angry. They lived with Kraven and Darven, with Owen always nearby. The twins, at the age of four, met Xyin Faeore and became friends immediately. The three were always seen together, followed by Xyin’s own twin Xyan. Takhasis, Tir and Xyin all hated who they lived with. The boys were always able to go see their younger, half sisters and their step father.

As the boys grew, their step brother, older by eight years, often beat them severely. Tir, being much smaller in size than Shado, often got beat first. Takhasis, being very protective of his brother, would stick up for him and take it more severely. He didn’t mind this. At the age of eight, Takhasis and Tir found out that Owen was their father, not Kraven. Both boys were thrilled, feeling closer with Owen than they were with Kraven. Owen ended up taking Tir in, but Kraven wouldn’t stand for letting Shado go.

As Takhasis grew, getting very depressed about not being able to see his sisters and his brother, Kraven started to join in on what his son started. At the age of ten Shado and his step brother started to fight in the garage of their home. The garage was filled with both flammable and acidic chemicals. Darven, in the end, attempted to pour one of the acidic chemicals on Takhasis’ face, giving him the rain drop like scar across his right eye. Darven also ended up pouring some of the chemical on Shado’s left hip.

The fight went on for quite a while, both boys giving it their all. No one could hear them, nor could they see them, due to the closed garage door. In the end, when Darven, the older and stronger of the two, was about to due Takhasis in, Owen came. The garage was set on fire, the flammable chemicals catching within seconds with Darven inside. The house was soon on fire and Takhasis was free of Kraven and Darven. He thinks Kraven is dead, like Darven, but he is alive.

Owen sent Shado to live with his step father, Jim, and his half sisters. He lived their happily, and at the age of ten Tir came to live there as well. Jim was more than happy to have the two boys staying with him. Takhasis grew cold and crude over time, closing up and locking the world out. Tir had become happy, cheery and always excited. Things died down after that and fairly quickly. During all of this, Takhasis remained best friends with Xyin and still is. He is not, however, too fond of Xyin’s brother Xyan.
